TRANSLATION PLEASE? #3 (Czech? German?)

This is a postcard written to my Czech grandfather in Vladivostok in 1920 from someone in... Shanghai? (He later would live there for awhile). No one in my family speaks or reads Czech, German or whatever language this is in. If you recognize the language (people's handwriting was unusually fancy back then, and that makes even recognizing what language this is difficult), could you supply a translation please? THANK YOU!

FYI: my grandfather was part of the Czech Legion fighting the Bolsheviks in Russia; after all the other soldiers left Russia in 1920, he stayed, in Vladivostok, working in finance. From bits of history I have put together, it appears my grandfather was involved in - perhaps - "laundering" money out of Russia to the new Czechoslovakia as part of the Czech Legion.
